i am not surprised in the least—i heard from my sources, he was drunk and partially because his other half was not at home, he just forced himself on her. But it could also be that she took advantage of his celebrity status, had consensual sex with him and she then cried wolf. I really dont know what to believe. Even though Shinay is not as famous as mainstream actors such as salman khan and shahrukh khan but he still could have slept with many young models if he ever got bored with his wife. but if he did rape, i think it was more because of the alcohol effect.
